Materiales y estructura de las defensas rellenas de espuma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>N\u00facleo de espuma<\/strong>: Utilizamos tiras o planchas de espuma de polietileno (PE) o EVA de c\u00e9lula cerrada. Estos materiales resisten el agua y absorben la energ\u00eda con eficacia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capa de refuerzo<\/strong>: Envolvemos el n\u00facleo de espuma en nailon (cuerda o tejido de neum\u00e1tico) para que sea m\u00e1s fuerte y resistente a los desgarros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Piel exterior de elast\u00f3mero<\/strong>: Rociamos una capa de poliuretano o poliurea sobre el refuerzo. Proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n de defensas rellenas de espuma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Construir el n\u00facleo de espuma<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Colocamos un mandril met\u00e1lico (una varilla larga de acero) en una m\u00e1quina de construcci\u00f3n de guardabarros y envolvemos tiras de espuma o planchas de espuma ablandadas por calor a su alrededor. Utilizamos calor (normalmente <strong>110-130 \u00b0C<\/strong>) para ablandar y fundir las capas de espuma en un n\u00facleo s\u00f3lido y sin costuras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Envoltura de tejido de refuerzo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, envolvemos firmemente el n\u00facleo de espuma con tejido de cuerda de nailon. A menudo utilizamos sistemas de cadenas o redes de neum\u00e1ticos para que el guardabarros pueda girar y evitar la concentraci\u00f3n de tensiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.5 Curado final y pruebas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el montaje, el guardabarros se cura completamente. Realizamos comprobaciones de calidad: densidad de la espuma, grosor de la piel, pruebas de compresi\u00f3n, absorci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, fuerza de reacci\u00f3n y carga c\u00edclica. Por qu\u00e9 funciona este m\u00e9todo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evitamos el uso de adhesivos en el n\u00facleo de espuma. Al laminar con calor las capas de espuma, formamos un n\u00facleo s\u00f3lido e insumergible. El n\u00facleo permanece intacto aunque se da\u00f1e la capa exterior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El refuerzo de filamentos alinea la fuerza exactamente donde se necesita. El tejido del interior del revestimiento ayuda al guardabarros a soportar el cizallamiento y los impactos sin desgarrarse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptamos la densidad de la espuma (de unos 30 kg\/m\u00b3 a 140 kg\/m\u00b3) para ajustar la absorci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y la fuerza de reacci\u00f3n a los distintos tipos de recipientes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los guardabarros rellenos de espuma de NANHAI combinan un dise\u00f1o inteligente y una fabricaci\u00f3n probada.
