Aunque las defensas ofrec\u00edan una buena absorci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, el puerto deportivo se enfrentaba a dos problemas recurrentes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mantenimiento frecuente debido a pinchazos accidentales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Periodos de inactividad durante la ajetreada temporada de verano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumento de los costes laborales relacionados con la inspecci\u00f3n y la reparaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La direcci\u00f3n del puerto deportivo buscaba una soluci\u00f3n de amarre que requiriera menos mantenimiento y que, al mismo tiempo, ofreciera una protecci\u00f3n fiable tanto para las embarcaciones como para los muelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras analizar varias opciones, decidieron sustituir las defensas flotantes existentes por<a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbag.cc\/es\/foam-fenders-series\/\"> defensas rellenas de espuma<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure cliente enumer\u00f3 cuatro requisitos fundamentales antes de elegir un nuevo sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seguir protegiendo a los buques durante las operaciones diarias de atraque<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sigue funcionando aunque la superficie exterior haya sufrido da\u00f1os<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducir las tareas de mantenimiento anuales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resiste los inviernos fr\u00edos y la fuerte exposici\u00f3n a los rayos UV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dado que el puerto deportivo acoge a cientos de embarcaciones cada mes, la fiabilidad era m\u00e1s importante que lograr la mayor absorci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-recommended-solution\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soluci\u00f3n recomendada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teniendo en cuenta la disposici\u00f3n de los amarres y las dimensiones de los buques, se recomend\u00f3 el uso de defensas rellenas de espuma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las aletas seleccionadas presentaban las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u00facleo de espuma EVA de c\u00e9lula cerrada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revestimiento exterior de poliuretano reforzado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dise\u00f1o con baja fuerza de reacci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construcci\u00f3n flotante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recubrimiento resistente a los rayos UV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Herrajes galvanizados resistentes a la corrosi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A diferencia de los guardabarros inflables, estos guardabarros no pueden perder presi\u00f3n interna, ya que no cuentan con una c\u00e1mara de aire comprimido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-installation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instalaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La instalaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo durante el periodo de mantenimiento programado del puerto deportivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se reutilizaron los puntos de fijaci\u00f3n existentes, lo que permiti\u00f3 reducir los costes de instalaci\u00f3n y minimizar las molestias en el funcionamiento habitual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto de sustituci\u00f3n se complet\u00f3 en su totalidad en el plazo de una semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-performance-after-one-year\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultados tras un a\u00f1o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras doce meses de funcionamiento, el puerto deportivo inform\u00f3 de varias mejoras cuantificables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-lower-maintenance-costs\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Menores costes de mantenimiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las inspecciones rutinarias se simplificaron considerablemente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El equipo de mantenimiento calcul\u00f3 que el volumen de trabajo de mantenimiento anual se redujo en aproximadamente <strong>45%<\/strong> porque no hac\u00eda falta controlar la presi\u00f3n de los neum\u00e1ticos ni reparar presentaba signos normales de desgaste, los guardabarros siguieron funcionando sin que se viera afectado su rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-better-protection-for-visiting-vessels\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mayor protecci\u00f3n para los buques visitantes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los propietarios de embarcaciones se\u00f1alaron que el atraque resultaba m\u00e1s sencillo, sobre todo durante los cambios de marea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fuerza de reacci\u00f3n m\u00e1s suave contribuy\u00f3 a reducir las cargas de impacto en los responsable de operaciones del puerto deportivo hizo el siguiente comentario tras el primer a\u00f1o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p
