Ce cas refl\u00e8te notre engagement \u00e0 faire progresser l'\u00e9nergie renouvelable offshore en utilisant des solutions d'ing\u00e9nierie marine \u00e9prouv\u00e9es. Nos coussins gonflables \u00e0 haute flottabilit\u00e9 ont fourni un soutien fiable et flexible pendant la phase critique de l'installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contexte du projet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La Chine continue d'accro\u00eetre sa capacit\u00e9 de production d'\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne en mer. Pour ces projets, <strong>fondations de vestes<\/strong> servent de structure de base pour ancrer les \u00e9oliennes au fond de la mer. Ces structures massives en acier n\u00e9cessitent une manipulation pr\u00e9cise lors du transport et de la mise en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditionnellement, l'installation s'appuie sur des navires et des grues de transport lourd. Toutefois, ces m\u00e9thodes sont co\u00fbteuses et sensibles aux retards dus aux conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques. <strong>R\u00e9duire les risques et les co\u00fbts<\/strong>l'\u00e9quipe de projet a choisi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbag.cc\/fr\/offshore-floating-solutions\/\"><strong>NANHAI's<\/strong> <strong>syst\u00e8me de flottabilit\u00e9 des coussins d'air marins<\/strong><\/a> pour le d\u00e9ploiement de la fondation jacket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La solution de NANHAI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>NANHAI fourni <strong>airbags marins sur mesure<\/strong>Chaque airbag a un diam\u00e8tre de 3,2 m\u00e8tres et une longueur de 20,5 m\u00e8tres. Chaque airbag offrait une flottabilit\u00e9 allant jusqu'\u00e0 <strong>140 tonnes<\/strong>. Les vestes peuvent ainsi flotter partiellement, ce qui facilite grandement leur transport et leur positionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les principaux avantages des airbags de NANHAI dans le cadre de ce projet sont les suivants :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Support de charge solide :<\/strong> Chaque airbag aide \u00e0 supporter le poids de la veste pendant les mouvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manipulation ais\u00e9e :<\/strong> La conception l\u00e9g\u00e8re a permis un d\u00e9ploiement et une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration rapides, m\u00eame dans des conditions de mer changeantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts :<\/strong> Le projet a permis d'\u00e9viter l'utilisation de grues co\u00fbteuses, ce qui a permis d'\u00e9conomiser du temps et de l'argent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un processus plus s\u00fbr :<\/strong> La r\u00e9duction du transport de charges lourdes en mer a permis de diminuer le risque op\u00e9rationnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, notre \u00e9quipe technique a travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les ing\u00e9nieurs du projet. Cela a permis d'assurer une int\u00e9gration harmonieuse du syst\u00e8me d'airbags dans le plan de construction global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fonctionnement de l'op\u00e9ration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d'abord, NANHAI a effectu\u00e9 des tests de pression et de charge \u00e0 terre pour v\u00e9rifier les performances des coussins gonflables. Ensuite, notre \u00e9quipe a supervis\u00e9 le d\u00e9ploiement sur site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vestes de protection contre le vent en mer<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en position \u00e0 l'aide des airbags.
