La premi\u00e8re couche doit \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dilu\u00e9e (1:8) pour une meilleure absorption. Laisser s\u00e9cher chaque couche avant d'appliquer la suivante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Sceller la fissure<\/strong><br>Utilisez une bande de caoutchouc brut (1 mm d'\u00e9paisseur, 1 cm plus large que la fissure) pour couvrir et sceller la fissure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Appliquer une autre couche d'essence<\/strong><br>Badigeonner \u00e0 nouveau la zone avec de l'essence et laisser s\u00e9cher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Commencer \u00e0 superposer les couches avec du tissu en corde caoutchout\u00e9e<\/strong><br>Pour les fissures verticales :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appliquer la premi\u00e8re couche <strong>perpendiculaire<\/strong> sur la fissure \u00e0 l'aide d'un tissu de 10 cm de large.<br>Pour les fissures horizontales ou les petites perforations, passez \u00e0 l'\u00e9tape 10.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9-16. Poursuivre la superposition de plusieurs angles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appliquer des couches suppl\u00e9mentaires de tissu caoutchout\u00e9 dans l'ordre suivant :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Parall\u00e8le<\/strong> \u00e0 l'axe principal (chevauchement &gt;5 cm, coins arrondis)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diagonale 1<\/strong>: Angle des fibres identique \u00e0 celui du renforcement interne, 1 cm plus large<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diagonale 2<\/strong>: Angle oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 la diagonale pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (par exemple, +30\u00b0 puis -30\u00b0), 1 cm plus large<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Couche finale<\/strong>: Perpendiculaire \u00e0 nouveau, 1 cm plus large<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chaque couche doit \u00eatre bross\u00e9e avec de l'essence et s\u00e9ch\u00e9e avant d'appliquer la suivante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tous les coins des pi\u00e8ces doivent \u00eatre arrondis pour \u00e9viter les concentrations de contraintes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>17. Appuyer fermement sur les couches<\/strong><br>\u00c9liminer l'air emprisonn\u00e9 entre les couches en pressant les plaques \u00e0 l'aide d'un rouleau ou en exer\u00e7ant une pression manuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>18. Sceau final<\/strong><br>Appliquer de l'essence sur les bords de la couche ext\u00e9rieure et sceller avec une bande de caoutchouc brut de 1 mm d'\u00e9paisseur et de 2 \u00e0 3 cm de large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Vulcanisation \u00e0 chaud<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilisez une installation simple avec un cadre en acier, des sacs de sable (ou des chambres \u00e0 air remplies), des v\u00e9rins et des plaques chauffantes pour polym\u00e9riser la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La plaque chauffante doit avoir une \u00e9paisseur d'environ 25 mm d'\u00e9paisseur, 0,5 m de long et 0,4 m de large, avec des bords lisses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintenir la temp\u00e9rature de durcissement \u00e0 <strong>150 \u00b15 \u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laisser refroidir lentement avant de retirer la pression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Inspection et essai pneumatique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s vulcanisation :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00e9rifier visuellement qu'il n'y a pas de bulles, de d\u00e9lamination ou de texture spongieuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S'assurer qu'il n'y a pas de signes de vieillissement du caoutchouc, de sous-cuisson ou d'ouverture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectuer un test de pression d'air \u00e0 <strong>1,2 fois la pression de service<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avertissement :<\/strong> Si le coussin gonflable a \u00e9t\u00e9 gravement endommag\u00e9 puis r\u00e9par\u00e9, son <strong>la pression de travail doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duite<\/strong> lors d'une utilisation ult\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Quand ne pas r\u00e9parer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les airbags ne doivent pas \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9s si l'une des conditions suivantes est pr\u00e9sente :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Plus de 8 ans <\/strong>depuis la fabrication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9clatement d\u00fb \u00e0 un d\u00e9passement de la pression nominale<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dommages graves<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fissure circonf\u00e9rentielle d'une longueur sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1\/3 du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de l'airbag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fissure longitudinale de plus de 2 m<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9chirure en forme de croix ou multidirectionnelle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vieillissement s\u00e9v\u00e8re<\/strong>Les c\u00e2bles de fibres, les fissures superficielles, le caoutchouc collant ou les cordes de fibres pourries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9paration des airbags embarqu\u00e9s est une t\u00e2che pr\u00e9cise qui n\u00e9cessite des mat\u00e9riaux appropri\u00e9s, des op\u00e9rations \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape et un contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature.
