Qu'est-ce que le GNL STS ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les chemins de fer ont des moteurs et des wagons. Le GNL STS a un <strong>navire-m\u00e8re<\/strong> (qui livre le GNL) et un <strong>navire fille<\/strong> (qui le re\u00e7oit). Les deux navires sont plac\u00e9s c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te - soit ancr\u00e9s, soit en mouvement lent - et font passer des tuyaux pour transf\u00e9rer le GNL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cargaison circule \u00e0 un rythme contr\u00f4l\u00e9. Les transferts s'effectuent sous la direction d'un \u00e9quipage form\u00e9 et d'une personne charg\u00e9e du contr\u00f4le consultatif global (POAC). Ils suivent les directives de l'OCIMF, du SIGTTO, de la SOLAS et de l'ISGOTT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Risques pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et importance des garde-boue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapprocher deux m\u00e9thaniers en mer comporte des risques. Le vent, les vagues et les mouvements du navire peuvent provoquer des collisions ou endommager les conduites, les tuyaux ou les syst\u00e8mes d'urgence. Le GNL est hautement inflammable.
