D\u00e9fenses remplies de mousse Mat\u00e9riaux et structure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Noyau de mousse<\/strong>: Nous utilisons des bandes ou des panneaux de mousse de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne (PE) ou d'EVA \u00e0 cellules ferm\u00e9es. Ces mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 l'eau et absorbent efficacement l'\u00e9nergie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Couche de renforcement<\/strong>: Nous enveloppons le noyau de mousse dans du nylon (corde ou toile de pneu) pour la solidit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la d\u00e9chirure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Peau ext\u00e9rieure en \u00e9lastom\u00e8re<\/strong>: Nous pulv\u00e9risons une couche de polyur\u00e9thane ou de polyur\u00e9e sur le renforcement. Cette peau r\u00e9siste \u00e0 l'abrasion, aux UV et au sel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Filet \u00e0 cha\u00eene\/\u00e0 pneu ou mat\u00e9riel interne en option<\/strong>: Pour les ailes plus grandes, nous incluons des cha\u00eenes ou des raccords internes pour r\u00e9partir la charge et permettre la rotation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Processus de fabrication des d\u00e9fenses remplies de mousse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Construire le noyau de mousse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pla\u00e7ons un mandrin m\u00e9tallique (une longue tige d'acier) dans une machine de construction d'ailes et nous l'entourons de bandes de mousse ou de panneaux de mousse ramollis \u00e0 la chaleur. Nous utilisons la chaleur (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong>110-130 \u00b0C<\/strong>) pour ramollir et fusionner les couches de mousse en un noyau solide et sans couture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Envelopper le tissu de renforcement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, nous enroulons fermement le tissu de corde de nylon tremp\u00e9 autour du noyau de mousse. Cette couche de tissu renforce la structure et maintient la mousse fermement en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Peau en \u00e9lastom\u00e8re pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pulv\u00e9risons ensuite du polyur\u00e9thane ou de l'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re de polyur\u00e9e sur le noyau renforc\u00e9 tout en le faisant tourner. Pendant la pulv\u00e9risation, des filaments continus de nylon s'enroulent autour de l'aile, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi la peau. Cette \u00e9tape permet d'obtenir une couche ext\u00e9rieure solide qui r\u00e9siste \u00e0 l'usure et r\u00e9partit les contraintes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.4 Ajout de raccords d'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que l'\u00e9lastom\u00e8re a durci, nous fixons les embouts m\u00e9talliques et le mat\u00e9riel de montage. Nous utilisons souvent des syst\u00e8mes de cha\u00eenes ou de filets \u00e0 pneus pour que l'aile puisse tourner et \u00e9viter la concentration de contraintes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.5 Durcissement final et essais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l'assemblage, le garde-boue subit un durcissement complet. Nous effectuons des contr\u00f4les de qualit\u00e9 : densit\u00e9 de la mousse, \u00e9paisseur de la peau, tests de compression, absorption d'\u00e9nergie, force de r\u00e9action et charge cyclique. Le noyau reste intact m\u00eame si la peau ext\u00e9rieure est endommag\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le renforcement par enroulement filamentaire aligne la force exactement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elle est n\u00e9cessaire. Le tissu \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la peau aide le garde-boue \u00e0 supporter le cisaillement et l'impact sans se d\u00e9chirer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous adaptons la densit\u00e9 de la mousse (d'environ 30 kg\/m\u00b3 \u00e0 140 kg\/m\u00b3) pour ajuster l'absorption d'\u00e9nergie et la force de r\u00e9action aux diff\u00e9rents types de navires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
