Le terminal traitait des vraquiers de 10 000 \u00e0 50 000 tonnes de port en lourd (TPL) et connaissait de fr\u00e9quentes op\u00e9rations d'accostage de navires tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9fenses existant \u00e9tait en service depuis plus de 12 ans. Avec l'augmentation de la taille des navires, les anciennes d\u00e9fenses ne pouvaient plus absorber suffisamment d'\u00e9nergie. Plusieurs d\u00e9fenses pr\u00e9sentaient des fissures visibles et des d\u00e9formations permanentes, ce qui augmentait le risque d'endommagement des murs de quai et les co\u00fbts de maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'\u00e9quipe d'ing\u00e9nieurs du terminal a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de remplacer le syst\u00e8me vieillissant par un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 haute performance. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbag.cc\/fr\/superconerubberfender\/\">ailes coniques<\/a> pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'accostage et r\u00e9duire les besoins d'entretien rencontr\u00e9s par le terminal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant la mise \u00e0 niveau, le terminal rencontrait plusieurs probl\u00e8mes op\u00e9rationnels :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les ailes existantes avaient perdu une partie de leur capacit\u00e9 d'absorption d'\u00e9nergie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les forces d'impact sur le poste d'amarrage ont augment\u00e9 \u00e0 mesure que des navires plus grands s'y rendaient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La maintenance fr\u00e9quente a interrompu les op\u00e9rations normales du terminal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La structure du quai n\u00e9cessitait une meilleure protection contre les charges d'accostage r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le terminal avait besoin d'une solution capable de g\u00e9rer des navires de tailles diff\u00e9rentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le ma\u00eetre d'ouvrage avait besoin d'un syst\u00e8me d'ailes ayant une grande capacit\u00e9 d'absorption d'\u00e9nergie, une faible force de r\u00e9action et une longue dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-recommended-solution\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution recommand\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es relatives au navire, les dimensions du poste d'amarrage, les conditions de mar\u00e9e et les calculs d'\u00e9nergie d'amarrage, l'\u00e9quipe d'ing\u00e9nieurs a choisi des d\u00e9fenses coniques avec des panneaux frontaux en UHMW-PE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-configuration\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Type de fender : Cone Fender System<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application : Poste d'amarrage pour cargaisons en vrac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gamme de navires : Vraquiers de 10 000 \u00e0 50 000 TPL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Panneau avant : Panneau en acier avec tampons de rev\u00eatement parce qu'elle offre une plus grande efficacit\u00e9 d'absorption d'\u00e9nergie par rapport \u00e0 de nombreuses conceptions de d\u00e9fenses traditionnelles, tout en maintenant une force de r\u00e9action relativement faible sur la structure du poste d'amarrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-installation-process\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processus d'installation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'installation a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e au cours d'une p\u00e9riode de maintenance programm\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le processus comprenait<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9montage des ailes endommag\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspection des points d'ancrage des murs de quai.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation de nouvelles ailes coniques et de nouveaux panneaux frontaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contr\u00f4le de l'alignement et v\u00e9rification de la charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mise en service finale avant la r\u00e9ouverture du poste d'amarrage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conception modulaire a permis de r\u00e9duire le temps d'installation et de minimiser la perturbation des op\u00e9rations du terminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-performance-after-installation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Performances apr\u00e8s l'installation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s la mise en service, le terminal a contr\u00f4l\u00e9 les performances du poste d'amarrage pendant douze mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-results-achieved\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats obtenus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-improved-berthing-safety\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'accostage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le nouveau syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9fenses coniques a permis d'absorber l'\u00e9nergie de mani\u00e8re plus coh\u00e9rente en cas de contact avec le navire. Les op\u00e9rations d'accostage sont devenues plus fluides, en particulier lorsque des vraquiers plus importants arrivaient pendant les variations de mar\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-reduced-structural-stress\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9duction des contraintes structurelles<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La force de r\u00e9action plus faible a permis de r\u00e9duire les contraintes transf\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 la structure du mur de quai tout en maintenant une excellente protection contre les impacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-lower-maintenance-requirements\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9duction des besoins de maintenance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d'exploitation, aucun travail d'entretien majeur n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire.
