Ce poste d'amarrage accueillait quotidiennement des remorqueurs, souvent dans des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques difficiles. Cependant, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbag.cc\/fr\/extrudedrubberfender\/\">Garde-boue D<\/a> pr\u00e9sentait plusieurs avantages pour cette application :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installation simple<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grande r\u00e9sistance aux chocs r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Convient aux navires de petite et moyenne taille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rentable par rapport aux syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9flecteurs plus volumineux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remplacement facile en cas de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de certaines sections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le poste d'amarrage accueillait principalement des remorqueurs et des bateaux de travail plut\u00f4t que de grands navires de marchandises, les d\u00e9fenses de type D offraient une protection suffisante sans complexit\u00e9 inutile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-installation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les d\u00e9fenses de type D ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9es le long de la face du poste d'amarrage et \u00e0 plusieurs endroits dans les angles expos\u00e9s o\u00f9 les contacts avec les navires \u00e9taient les plus fr\u00e9quents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le processus d'installation s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 pendant une p\u00e9riode de maintenance programm\u00e9e, ce qui a permis de limiter au maximum les perturbations dans les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'\u00e9quipe de maintenance a particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la conception simple \u00e0 visser, qui a permis de r\u00e9duire le temps d'installation par rapport \u00e0 certains syst\u00e8mes de garde-boue plus volumineux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-results-after-one-year\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats apr\u00e8s un an<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s environ douze mois d'exploitation, le terminal a fait \u00e9tat d'am\u00e9liorations notables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-reduced-berth-damage\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9duction des dommages aux postes d'amarrage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mur de quai pr\u00e9sentait nettement moins de traces d'impact et de r\u00e9parations du b\u00e9ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les zones qui n\u00e9cessitaient auparavant des r\u00e9parations r\u00e9guli\u00e8res sont rest\u00e9es en bon \u00e9tat tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-lower-maintenance-costs\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts d'entretien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les d\u00e9flecteurs en D ayant absorb\u00e9 la majeure partie de l'\u00e9nergie de choc, les \u00e9quipes d'entretien ont pass\u00e9 moins de temps \u00e0 r\u00e9parer tant les structures des postes d'amarrage que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le terminal a estim\u00e9 que le volume des travaux d'entretien annuels avait nettement diminu\u00e9 par rapport aux ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-better-vessel-protection\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une meilleure protection des navires<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les conducteurs de remorqueurs ont \u00e9galement signal\u00e9 une diminution du nombre d'\u00e9raflures sur la coque lors des man\u0153uvres d'accostage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela rev\u00eatait une importance particuli\u00e8re par mauvais temps, lorsque le trafic maritime s'intensifiait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-reliable-daily-performance\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des performances quotidiennes fiables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes plus complexes, les d\u00e9flecteurs D ne n\u00e9cessitaient que des inspections visuelles de routine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aucun travail d'entretien majeur n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire au cours de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-customer-feedback\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commentaires des clients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le responsable de la maintenance du terminal :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c Nous avions besoin d\u2019une solution pratique plut\u00f4t que co\u00fbteuse.
