Bien que ces d\u00e9fenses offraient une bonne absorption des chocs, la marina \u00e9tait confront\u00e9e \u00e0 deux probl\u00e8mes r\u00e9currents :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entretien fr\u00e9quent d\u00fb \u00e0 des crevaisons accidentelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e9riode d'inactivit\u00e9 pendant la haute saison estivale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hausse des co\u00fbts de main-d'\u0153uvre li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'inspection et \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La direction du port de plaisance souhaitait une solution d'amarrage n\u00e9cessitant moins d'entretien tout en offrant une protection fiable aux bateaux et aux quais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 plusieurs options, ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de remplacer les d\u00e9fenses flottantes existantes par<a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbag.cc\/fr\/foam-fenders-series\/\"> d\u00e9fenses remplies de mousse<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img client a \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9 quatre exigences cl\u00e9s avant de choisir un nouveau syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continuer \u00e0 assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des navires lors des op\u00e9rations quotidiennes d'accostage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuer \u00e0 fonctionner m\u00eame si la surface ext\u00e9rieure a \u00e9t\u00e9 endommag\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9duire les travaux d'entretien annuels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9sister aux hivers rigoureux et \u00e0 une forte exposition aux rayons UV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La marina accueillant des centaines de bateaux chaque mois, la fiabilit\u00e9 primait sur l'objectif d'une absorption d'\u00e9nergie maximale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-recommended-solution\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution recommand\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compte tenu de la configuration des postes d'amarrage et de la taille des navires, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 recommand\u00e9 d'utiliser des d\u00e9fenses remplies de mousse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les pare-chocs s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentaient les caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Noyau en mousse EVA \u00e0 cellules ferm\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rev\u00eatement ext\u00e9rieur en polyur\u00e9thane renforc\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conception \u00e0 faible force de r\u00e9action<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construction flottante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rev\u00eatement r\u00e9sistant aux UV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quincaillerie galvanis\u00e9e r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 la corrosion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement aux pare-chocs gonflables, ces pare-chocs ne peuvent pas perdre leur pression interne, car ils ne comportent pas de chambre \u00e0 air comprim\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-installation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'installation a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pendant la p\u00e9riode d'entretien programm\u00e9e de la marina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les points de fixation existants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s, ce qui a permis de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts d'installation et de limiter au maximum la perturbation des activit\u00e9s habituelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'ensemble du projet de remplacement a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien en une semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-performance-after-one-year\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats apr\u00e8s un an<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au terme de douze mois d'activit\u00e9, le port de plaisance a fait \u00e9tat de plusieurs am\u00e9liorations tangibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-lower-maintenance-costs\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts d'entretien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les contr\u00f4les de routine sont devenus beaucoup plus simples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'\u00e9quipe de maintenance a estim\u00e9 que le volume annuel des travaux de maintenance avait \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duit d'environ <strong>45%<\/strong> car il n'\u00e9tait pas n\u00e9cessaire de surveiller la pression des pneus ni de r\u00e9parer les crevaisons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-improved-reliability\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fiabilit\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours du premier hiver qui a suivi l'installation, plusieurs bateaux de service ont heurt\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises les d\u00e9fenses lors de vents violents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que leur surface ext\u00e9rieure pr\u00e9sent\u00e2t des traces d'usure normales, les garde-boue ont continu\u00e9 \u00e0 fonctionner sans aucune perte de performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-better-protection-for-visiting-vessels\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une meilleure protection pour les navires en visite<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les propri\u00e9taires de bateaux ont signal\u00e9 que l'accostage s'\u00e9tait d\u00e9roul\u00e9 plus facilement, notamment lors des changements de mar\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La force de r\u00e9action plus mod\u00e9r\u00e9e a permis de r\u00e9duire les charges d'impact sur les petits voiliers tout en continuant \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la structure du quai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-reduced-operational-downtime\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9duction des temps d'arr\u00eat op\u00e9rationnels<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auparavant, il fallait parfois d\u00e9monter les d\u00e9fenses pneumatiques endommag\u00e9es pour les r\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis le passage aux d\u00e9fenses remplies de mousse, aucune d\u00e9fense n'a d\u00fb \u00eatre mise hors service au cours de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-customer-feedback\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commentaires des clients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le responsable des op\u00e9rations de la marina a fait part du commentaire suivant \u00e0 l'issue de cette premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c Notre objectif n\u2019\u00e9tait pas simplement d\u2019acheter de nouvelles d\u00e9fenses. Nous souhaitions r\u00e9duire les besoins d\u2019entretien tout en garantissant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de nos postes d\u2019amarrage. C\u2019est exactement ce qu\u2019ont permis les d\u00e9fenses remplies de mousse.
