Ce poste d'amarrage accueillait divers vraquiers d'une capacit\u00e9 comprise entre 10 000 et 60 000 DWT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 mesure que le trafic maritime s'intensifiait, l'\u00e9quipe de maintenance a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 constater plusieurs probl\u00e8mes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des fissures profondes \u00e9taient apparues sur les surfaces en caoutchouc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certaines ailes pr\u00e9sentaient des d\u00e9formations permanentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les panneaux frontaux en acier s'\u00e9taient d'ing\u00e9nieurs a compar\u00e9 plusieurs syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9fenses maritimes, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Garde-boue en arc de cercle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garde-boue diff\u00e9rentes tailles tout en devant assurer une absorption d'\u00e9nergie \u00e9lev\u00e9e avec une force de r\u00e9action mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, les ing\u00e9nieurs ont choisi <strong><a d'installation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien lors d'un arr\u00eat de maintenance programm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p fixer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pose des patins de rev\u00eatement en UHMW-PE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9alisation de l'alignement et du contr\u00f4le de la charge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La structure en b\u00e9ton existante \u00e9tant rest\u00e9e en bon \u00e9tat, les travaux d'installation se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s sans encombre, sans n\u00e9cessiter de modifications majeures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En l'espace de quelques jours, le poste d'amarrage a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis en service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator UHMW-PE a permis de r\u00e9partir les charges d'impact de mani\u00e8re plus homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les l\u00e9gers dommages \u00e0 la peinture qui apparaissaient fonctionnement continu, les d\u00e9fenses cellulaires ont conserv\u00e9 des performances constantes sans perte notable d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le
