直径: Dia1 .0m 气囊是沉箱移动常用的气囊,对于较小尺寸的沉箱,Dia 0.8m 气囊是理想的气囊。
有效长度(Le): 原则上,有效长度(Le)可以是沉箱宽度加0.5m。通常如果沉箱宽度>20m,安全气囊可以布置成两排。
安全气囊的工作压力: 机组实际承载能力=沉箱重量(G)/气囊总长度(Le x N1)。安全气囊的类别由最终的单位实际承载能力x 1.2的数字决定,然后以此数字参考安全气囊的规格表。 (N1代表沉箱体下的气囊件)
NO.s of Caisson Moving Airbags (N): The numbers of airbags for caisson moving is the pieces under caisson body (N1) plus the spare ones in front of the caissons (N2). The gap of airbags arrangement is about 2m under caissons, so N1=Length of Caisson (Lc)/2+ 1; the NO.s of spare airbags is decided by the distance of moving, and generally it should be more than 5 pieces.
