NANHAI PNEUMATIC FENDERS
A pneumatic fender (also called a Yokohama fender) is a floating fender filled with air. It is mainly used when ship to ship or when a ship comes close to a dock. Pneumatic rubber fender is easy to fill with air or let the air out. After letting the air out, it can be folded, which helps save shipping costs.
NANHAI Pneumatic Fenders
Nanhai pneumatic fenders are stronger and last longer than the ISO17357-1:2014 standard. They come with two pressure levels: 50kPa and 80kPa, which makes them suitable for many different uses. The fenders come in sizes from 300mm to 4,700mm in diameter and 500mm to 12,000mm in length. Custom sizes are also available.
Most pneumatic fenders have a chain and tire net. You can choose truck tires or aircraft tires. Each end of the chain is fixed with a shackle to strong flanges and towing rings. Pneumatic rubber fenders with a diameter over 2.5 meters have safety valves. All metal parts are galvanized to stop rust from sea water. We can also add wire rope nets, end rings, and swivel joints if needed.

Nanhai pneumatic fenders are made with high-quality wear-resistant rubber and 3-strand synthetic tire cord. This strong design helps the fenders work well and last long, even in very harsh conditions. We offer full services from end to end, including research, design, and professional fender testing. After the fenders are made, we test them ourselves or send them to a third-party testing company, such as BV, ABS, or DNV, depending on what the customer wants. A test report is provided after the inspection.
