NANHAI has complete testing equipment, and we inspect every manufacturing stage in the production process of marine pneumatic fenders.
Load deflection, hydraulic test, pneumatic test, leak test, ultrasonic test, and cycle test are some of the tests that marine pneumatic fenders need to pass.
NAHAI has strict quality assurance testing facilities that can test any type and size of pneumatic fenders, and our products meet international standards. We test the full length of the marine pneumatic fenders, not on a pilot cross-sectional sample. We also have facilities for compression cycle tests on large marine pneumatic fenders.

NANHAI has a state-of-the-art laboratory to test the performance of polymer compounds and finished products to continuously improve and develop new products.
We also employ the expertise of BV, CCS, RS, ABS, LR and other third-party inspection agencies.
We have established an independent testing agency to conduct various tests and inspections on the physical and chemical properties of raw materials/finished products for marine pneumatic fenders.
